About the Illustrator

Sabine M. Ovesen is an illustrator, art teacher, and runs a small S Michael O art and card business from her home. She is born and raised in Denmark where she has gained a great exposure to creativity during her upbringing. 

She received her culinary arts degree and attended one year of Art School in Denmark.  She moved with her husband and three boys to Italy, Germany and several US states while he served in the US Air Force. 

She has now settled down with her family in a quaint Danish town in California where she enjoys teaching art in public schools, while selling her S Michael O greeting cards & art from home and in stores. 

She likes to make art for young and old to enjoy, keeping her hands busy with art, cooking, landscaping, and staying connected to the community.
