I’m immensely proud to donate a percentage of the proceeds from my book sales to support the families and children served by Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation, often providing the immediate out of pocket, non-medical expenditures that are rarely reimbursable.
This is a very personal partnership for me as my son was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2017, and survived. While going through this grueling battle with my son and family, I was shocked by the number of children suffering from all forms of cancer. This generated the impetus for me to complete my first book, Dragons on the Purple Moon, with the simple goal of bringing joy to children with cancer by reading his book to them in hospitals, homes or virtually.
